Step 1
Surface Processing & Customization
Mat surfaces, colors, patterns and logos are processed according to the required design and application.
Step 2
Backing & Forming
Surface materials are combined with the appropriate backing and formed into the required product structure.
Step 3
Cutting & Finishing
Mats are cut to the required size and finished with edging, shaping or other processing as needed.
Step 4
Quality Inspection & Packing
Finished products are inspected for appearance, size and overall quality before secure packing and shipment
